As a mindset and manifestation coach, my mission is to guide incredible women like you through a journey of empowerment. 

My own path started with a personal journey of heartbreak and growth. A few years ago, I found myself navigating from the 30s life crisis into the mid-30s one, stuck in an unfulfilling job, just out of the longest relationship of my life, craving for commitment I never received, and feeling generally unappreciated.

It was a very challenging time, but it led me to the biggest realization: the power to create the life I desire was within me all along.

In the last 4 years I've upgraded my life fully, in every aspect:

From being recently separated, after 9 years of un-committed relationship, just moved into a studio apartment, sleeping on a mattress on the floor, got covid on top of a mystery heart condition that had me taking meds that caused drastic weight gain, and working an unfulfilling 9 to 5 where I also felt unappreciated.

To having the romance life I craved for, living in a duplex apartment, feeling absolute independence and freedom with my own car, being healthy again after the heart condition miraculously went away and I was taken off the medication, as well as getting, not only back in shape, but in the best shape I’ve ever been, also feeling incredibly confident; on a new job with a salary 5x from the unfulfilling one, and working with an amazing team that makes me feel valued.
